Last month, Laura and I took a road trip back to New Orleans. It was a long weekend so I could photograph a friend’s wedding, but we found some time get down to Terrebonne and see our old stomping grounds.
I’m almost done with the wedding photos, but took a quick break to work up a few snaps I took for fun while down the bayou.
It was great to be back in Cajun Country, and I forgot how photos just seem to jump out at you when you get near Pointe aux Chenes. Wish photos came that easy here in Gainesville.
I wish we could have stayed longer and seen more people, but I’m willing to bet we’ll be back soon. And yep, that’s a Marty J’s meat pie. Love those things. I also played around with the HDR and Multi Exposure settings on my new camera. Kind of fun.
